REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

Suppose a registered rider wishes to cancel their participation in the event for any reason. In that case, they must contact the organizers in writing via marketing@nepalbiking.com, providing their name, nationality, and contact details.

Cancellation request schedule:

• Entry refunds requested up to 3 months before the event date will receive a 50% refund.
• Entry refunds requested up to 1 month before the event date will receive a 25% refund.
• Entry fees are non-refundable within one month of the event date.

TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE IS MANDATORY:

• Travel Insurance – It must be able to cover all event-related medical emergencies, including ground and air evacuation and repatriation, accidental deaths, and damage or loss of equipment. You must produce an insurance certificate to complete registration at least two weeks before the event date.
