Pokhara Enduro introduces a Super Junior Category for riders aged below 16. This non-competitive category aims to:
-Promote age-appropriate participation.
-Focus on skill development and fun.
-Ensure safety (parent/guardian accompaniment required).
-Separate non-competitive category of riders.
This change supports youth development and encourages young cyclists in a supportive environment.

Meet our junior riders
Raul Chaudhary
Nepal Cycling school
Raul Chaudhary, one of the youngest talents in the Super-Junior category, began cycling at just 3.5 years old and has already competed in the MTB Uphill Challenge Series across trails like Tarebhir, Hattiban, and Nagarkot. Raul is excited to bring his early passion for mountain biking to the Pokhara Enduro, taking on new trails and challenges alongside seasoned riders.
Tshering pasang sherpa
Nepal Cycling school
Tshering Pasang Sherpa, a Super-Junior mountain biker from Nepal, excels in XC, Enduro, and DH races. Known as a rising star in mountain biking, he’s expected to achieve remarkable success in the future and is excited to compete in the Pokhara Enduro.
Prashanna Maharjan
Nirav Shrestha
Prashanna Maharjan, a 2013-born rider from Kirtipur, Kathmandu, competes in the Super-Junior category. He’s excited to showcase his skills and enthusiasm for mountain biking at the Pokhara Enduro.
Rachit Bhattarai
Nepal Cycling school
Rachit Bhattarai, born in 2011, began cycling at 4.5 years old and officially started trail riding in late 2022. He has tackled various trails, including Nagarkot, Helipad, and Okhaldhunga, and competed in the Okhaldhunga XC race under the guidance of his trainer, Laxmi Magar. As a Super-Junior rider, Rachit is excited to bring his growing skills to the Pokhara Enduro.
Joyson Lama
Self Trained
Joyson Lama is a young mountain biker from Pokhara Lakeside with four years of experience.
He is participating in the Pokhara Enduro under the Super Junior category to hone endurance and downhill riding skills. Joyson trains hard to build stamina and control, tackling challenging terrains and technical trails. Known for his determination, he continually pushes himself to improve and advance in competitive cycling.
Toby
Eric
Toby is 9 years old and has enjoyed exploring on a bike from a young age. He participated in his first race earlier this year at Ratnange Enduro in Phaplu and had a blast riding the trails. He was inspired and encouraged by the friendly mountain biking community found here and looks forward to discovering more trails in Pokhara.
