Pokhara Enduro (POE) is a trademark registered under Dawn Till Dusk Pvt Ltd, a company registered in Nepal. DATA STORAGE LOCATION

REGISTRATION DATA

If you register on our website, we store your email address and any additional personal information added to your user profile. You can send an unsubscribe request at any time via our website. Website administrators can also see and edit this information.

PURCHASE DATA

Your event purchase is handled by Stripe, a secure payment solution. We do not have access to your credit card information. To read more on Stripe’s security.

COMMENTS

When you leave comments on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

CONTACT FORM

Information submitted through the contact form on our site is sent to our company email, hosted by Google. Google adheres to the EU/US “Privacy Shield” policy and you can find more information about this here: Google Privacy Policy.

These submissions are only kept for customer service purposes; they are never used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.

GENERAL RIGHTS
