Booking & Payments

• Early Bird: A 100% payment of the total package cost is required to secure your Early Bird offer within the deadline.
• General entry: Must be fully paid at the time of registration while the entries are open.

Cancellations by the Client

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. The following fees apply based on the date of receipt:

• 60+ days before departure: Loss of admin fee, 10% of the total payment.
• 31–59 days before departure: 50% of the total package cost is forfeited.
• 30 days or less before departure: 100% of the total package cost is forfeited (no refund).

Cancellations by Dawn Till Dusk

We reserve the right to cancel any tour/race due to “Force Majeure” (acts of God, political instability, or extreme weather). In such cases:

• We will offer an alternative tour/race, or date.
• If no alternative is acceptable, a full refund of the amount paid to us will be issued, minus any non-recoverable costs incurred (e.g., credit card processing charges, domestic flight, permits already issued).

Liability & Insurance

• Dawn Till Dusk is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the client in preparing for the trip (e.g., non-refundable international airfare, equipment purchases, or visa fees).
• Mandatory: Every rider must have valid travel insurance covering mountain biking and medical emergency evacuation
